What is Edisylate, Prochlorperazine?

A phenothiazine antipsychotic used principally in the treatment of nausea, vomiting, and vertigo. It is more likely than CHLORPROMAZINE to cause extrapyramidal disorders. (From Martindale, The Extra Pharmacopoeia, 30th ed, p612)
