An antibiotic mixture originally isolated from Streptomyces pristinaspiralis. It is a mixture of compounds from STREPTOGRAMIN GROUP A: pristinamycin IIA and IIB(STREPTOGRAMIN A) and from STREPTOGRAMIN GROUP B: pristinamycin IA(STREPTOGRAMIN B), pristinamycin IB, pristinamycin IC.
